## Job description

岗位职责
- 向服务客户销售投资理财类产品、推荐信用卡、贷款产品，不断提升客户在我行的总资产，促进客户升级；
- 组织支行现场客户活动及场外拓展客户活动，积极获客；
- 综拓支行的理财服务经理根据业务需求，对寿险业务同仁提供支持，协助服务寿险渠道推荐客户；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规服务，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，对市场趋势具有杰出的敏感度，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，工作认知深刻细致，认知范围博大宽广，本职外愿意额外承担工作，迎难而上、奋力攻克，强烈的危机意识，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备。
