- 负责业务经营管理和 KPI 达成；
- 带领团队人员进行业务组织和拓展；
- 团队增员和带教新人;
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 全日制大专及以上学历；
- 需了解并认同行业、专业发展方向，具备目标行业市场分析和推动落地的能力，具备一定的销售组 织、策划和团队管理能力；
- 具有较强的管理能力和销售技能。
