## Job description

岗位职责
- 创展渠道全省A端/B端/C端平台内容、通道、活动等的运营，线上平台和工具推广应用，线上营销策略制定及营销活动组织落地；
- 代理人运营工作，通过企微通道+AI工具，搭建代理人运营成长体系，实现代理人分类分群经营；
- 结合线上平台功能，负责全省代理人&客户标签和策略应用落地；搭建创展数据体系，支持业务发展和队伍运营；
- 通过客户数据挖掘、客户画像，搭建客户评价体系，实现客户分类分群经营
- HS创小保运营相关工作。 任职资格
- 研究生学历；
- 熟练掌握SQL数据库查询、内网AI工具，熟练使用个智系统完成策略配置；
- 具有良好沟通协调能力及抗压能力，认真负责、执行力强。
