## Job description

岗位职责 1、带领开拓和维护高净值客户群，为客户提供个性化的投资建议、财富分析和规划保持客户资产规模增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度； 2、负责团队经营与建设，完成各阶段的团队目标。

### 备注

薪酬面议 任职资格 1.本科以上学历. 2.有2-3年私行、寿险等团队管理经验，带绩优团队资源者优先。
