## Job description

岗位职责
- 贯彻执行国家有关金融法律法规政策和总、分行各项运营管理制度。
- 组织厅堂团队进行客户营销，不断总结营销方法，提升营销能力。
- 开展网点运营队伍的团队建设，以及总分行安排的各项工作。
- 负责网点日常培训管理，强化员工综合素质。 任职资格 1、3年以上网点运营或营销工作经验，其中1年网点管理经验； 2、具备优秀的管理能力，较强的全局意识和风险管控能力。 3、沟通表达、组织协调能力强，团队建设和员工辅导能力强，有良好客户资源者优先。
