## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务分部管理

规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成， 并对各项业务指标的达成负责，对业务经理队伍进行辅导及日常 管理； 2．产品支持：统筹协调复杂类产品、大项目中产品方、渠 道方各类人员、资源支持； 3．渠道业务开拓：负责渠道业务开拓； 4．对新人进行相关培训及训练辅导； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、大学本科（含自考）及以上学历，特别优秀的内部晋升人员可放宽至专科学历。 2．5 年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验。 3．品貌端正、身体健康，能够熟练应用办公软件。 4．擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
