## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与支行发展规划、经营策略的研究制定，并负责分管工作的组织实施；
- 协助行长分管相关模块工作，达成分管工作考核指标和管理目标；
- 完成行长授权或交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备公司或零售业务经验，能够综合运用多种银行金融产品为客户提供综合金融解决方案；
- 从事金融工作4年以上，具备一定团队、支行管理经验，市场开拓意识和营销能力强；
- 具备较强的管理能力、执行能力、团队建设能力，积极进取，能够达成经营目标；
- 符合平安银行亲属规避政策；无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
