## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助分行网财总做好三管渠道经理团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 组织团队成员建立、维护和所对接支行的三管业务各项指标达成，提供高水平的服务；
- 对团队成员的对接关系做好日常分配和结构调整，提高效率、确保公平；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上金融业营销经验，2年以上团队管理经验，过往业绩表现优秀； 3、熟悉营销流程和银行产品，有一线销售经验，营销管理能力强，具备优秀的激励、培养和领导能力，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证书优先； 4、积极进取、目标导向，具备良好的系统性思维、沟通影响能力和抗压力强。纪律及合规意识强，无违规违纪行为。
