## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责基本法人员绩效管理全流程，落实考核、绩效核算及规则落地。
- 开展人力预算编制、拆解、执行跟踪与偏差分析，管控人力成本。
- 输出绩效、预算经营分析报表，识别风险，支撑经营决策。
- 对接业务、财务及系统团队，做好政策宣导与问题协调处理。 任职资格
- 有人力绩效/薪酬相关工作经验，保险金融行业、基本法队伍经验优先。
- 熟悉业务队伍绩效管理，具备绩效核算、规则落地实操能力。
- 掌握人力预算编制、成本管控，能够完成预算偏差分析。
- 数据敏感度高，熟练Excel、PPT，具备较强跨部门沟通及抗压能力。
