## Job description

岗位职责
- 跟踪股票市场行情、行业动态及政策变化，整理相关数据，进行解读分析，输出降维易懂的热点内容。
- 策划并执行股票相关运营活动，提升客户投资认知及能力。
- 跟踪行业头部竞品运营策略与动态，定期输出竞品分析报告，结合自身业务特点优化运营方案，保持业务竞争力。
- 监控股票运营相关核心数据，包括月活、交易转化率、用户留存率，做好客户洞察。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、工商管理等相关专业；具备3-8年金融行业运营经验、有头部互联网金融平台、券商、基金公司股票业务运营经验者优先。
- 熟悉金融行业各项监管政策，具备成熟的合规风控管理经验，能有效把控业务运营中的各类风险。
- 开放的心态、积极拥抱新事物、创新进取。
- 具备极强的抗压能力、沟通能力与领导力，能适应金融行业快节奏工作环境。
- 有证券从业资格证者优先。
