## Job description

### 岗位职责 工作职责
- 独立负责量化策略的全生命周期，包括因子筛选、多因子加权、回测分析、实盘落地
- 开展宏观/中观/微观多层次量化研究，持续迭代策略逻辑并跟踪实盘表现

### 参与投资组合的业绩归因及客户汇报等工作 任职资格 任职资格
- 1、知名高校硕士及以上学历，数学、物理、计算机、金融工程专业背景。 2、3年以上量化投研经验，且具有 1年以上实盘投资经验。 3、具备敏锐的金融直觉，能够解释策略在不同行情下的表现区别，对因子失效及拥挤度问题有深刻见解。 4、具备AI辅助研究的实战经验，熟练运用Antigravity、Cursor、Claude code等AI编程工具 5、如有较好股票投研经验，可放宽部分要求。
