## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责各渠道关系维护、协调及日常沟通，渠道业务发展状况分析与政策建议，渠道业务冲突协调等；
- 负责分公司业务营销支持与推动；
- 配合分公司对各渠道组织开展产品培训，包括产品宣讲、渠道政策解读、产品销售技巧等； 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年业务推动岗工作经验；
- 金融学、保险学等相关专业；
- 具有较强的报告撰写与汇报能力；
- 较好的团队合作意识，数据分析能力较强；
- 积极向上，做事认真负责，执行力强；
