## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所辖区域业务经营管理。
- 所辖区域业务拓展及品质管控。
- 集中承保或理赔时，统筹管理对应的具体事务性工作。
- 负责所辖区域农网建设及农网团队管理。
- 公司要求的其他事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，农学相关专业，有政府农业部门、农资企业、合作社资源者优先。
- 熟悉当地农业产业及风险点。
- 具备较强的抗压能力，沟通能力，执行力，适应频繁下乡。
- 持C1及以上驾驶证。
