## Job description

岗位职责 1.协助支行长做好厅堂团队管理，结合厅堂团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划； 2．管理厅堂团队成员对进店客户开展承接、服务与产品转介/销售，持续提升厅堂团队产能。 3．管理厅堂团队成员开展网点进店客户、管户客户的分层经营，通过辅导、激励等方式持续提升厅堂团队成员的客户经营水平和成果，达成客户分层经营的目标。 4．开展网点服务管理，对网点全员进行服务培训与日常监督管理，及时处理网点客户投诉，持续提升服务体验及客户满意度。 5．在总分行授予的职责范围内开展网点日常安保管理工作，及时、妥善处置支行突发安保问题。

### 任职资格 1、熟悉营销流程和银行产品，有一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 2、素质要求

积极进取、抗压力强、系统思维、目标导向、沟通影响力；激励、培养和领导能力；纪律及合规意识强。
