## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责高客（大客户）的开发、拜访、谈判、约谈，完成客户维护工作；
- 负责落实上级下达的市场开发计划，积极开发新客户，不断拓展业务渠道，及时反馈所负责区域内的市场信息及客户需求，完成业绩任务；
- 配合市场经理开展市场推广活动，保证各类市场开发工作的顺利推进；
- 负责VIP客户检前事项代理工作，提升客户体验；
- 按时高质量完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有3-5年销售经理工作经验；
- 善于长期维护和提升客户关系，有医疗相关行业、高端服务机构等销售经验者优先（如高端酒店销售、会所、奢侈品、金融、高端餐饮/俱乐部等）；
- 形象气质俱佳，认同高端客户服务理念，具备持续学习能力和团队意识；
- 具备良好的销售理念和强烈客户意识，具备一定客户资源。
