## Job description

岗位职责

### 销售支持
- 团险市场招投标项目收集，支持业务单位参与项目投标，制作标书。

### 业务追踪
- 搭建报表体系，开展商机和业务追踪，对核心指标进行监测、分析及建议。

### 业务督导
- 定期组织周会/月会，督导业务单位。

### 营销规划
- 负责制定团体业务年度目标规划、发展策略、行动方案，撰写分析报告。

### 同业研究
- 当地市场主要竞对及竞品情况收集与分析。
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济、管理等专业优先
- 有3年以上团险渠道推动、营销企划等工作经验优先
- 较强的沟通能力，工作积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强
- 熟练运用Office，含PPT、EXCEL等
