## Job description

岗位职责

### 经营规划及分析
- 根据公司经营规划，制定经营目标，围绕条线KPI达成，预测业务发展趋势，协助开展经营分析，定期撰写经营分析报告和专项分析报告，落实检视。

### 经营数据及追踪
- 落实条线月度经营数据，根据数据整理并搭建分析体系，支持条线业务追踪推动、经营分析、管理层汇报等端到端管理动作；满足公司内外部数据报送需求。

### 专项管理
- 匹配公司重点业务、重点项目，推动并完善项目过程管控、投产管控、落地计划及整体复盘分析，确保专项按战略指引及目标推进。

### 跨部门沟通
- 深化跨部门沟通，推动部门间协同，与业管保持高频有效沟通，推动经营管理队伍架构与绩效管理体系构建。 任职资格

### 学历及工作经验要求
- 本科（含）以上学历，具备3-5年经营分析及预算管理等工作经验；对金融业态有一定认知、有咨询及四大工作经验优先。

### 能力要求
- 具有优秀的分析能力和逻辑思维能力，有高度责任心及韧性，对工作积极主动，有完成目标、提升自我的强烈自驱力和上进心，能承担一定的工作压力和挑战。

### 办公软件
- 熟悉掌握办公软件操作，有一定的书面表达能力、数据分析能力。
