## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责进行公司内外部渠道及客户拓展，规划团体业务保费达成计划；
- 负责所辖业务条线的渠道关系维护，客户再开发等工作；
- 领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格 1、40周岁以下，本科及以上学历； 2、具备经纪、代理公司、政府、大型企业资源，同时具备拓展大客户并转化为业绩的能力； 3、具备并掌握风险管控、产能管控、利润管控等专业能力和工具方法，及职业经理人必备的办公化逻辑输出和结构规划能力。
- 熟稔监管政策，接受过合规系统培训。
