## Job description

岗位职责
- 分析研究各类别资产投资机会，包括不限于股票（境内外）、债券（境内外）、基金、行业研究、市场风格、量化策略研究等；
- 构建投资组合，拟定战术投资策略建议并组织实施，达成投资业绩；
- 境内、外受托投资管理人追踪管理、评价和动态调整；
- 支持公司资产负债管理相关各项工作。 任职资格 1、硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、数学、财务等相关专业； 2、8年及以上资本市场实盘投资经验，熟悉资本/非资本市场投资运作管理机制和保险业监管政策，投资研究能力强，市场敏感度高； 3、勤奋踏实，责任心强，抗压能力强，有良好的中英文沟通和写作能力； 4、有跨类资产配置管理经验、大资金实战经验、基金投资经验、受托方管理经验、海外投资经验者优先。
