## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责搭建智能机器人知识库，对机器人的准确率及解决率负责；
- 负责知识的优化、运营，对数据进行标注；
- 分析机器人运营情况，从数据中挖掘用户痛点，并能产出优化方案和建议；
- 调研行业机器人动态，结合公司业务需求，优化业务流程和产品功能，提升用户体验。 任职资格
- 需有基金从业资格证；
- 有两年及以上金融行业知识库管理相关工作经验者优先；
- 具有分析和洞察能力，对数据具有一定的敏感度；
- 善于组织、协调和沟通，团队精神良好；
- 会熟练使用PS、PR、AE等作图或视频软件优先。
