## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集市场信息、进行市场调查，做好新老客户的开发与维护；
- 与客户建立信任的工作关系，帮助企业规划员工福利保障、企业年金等金融需求，为客户提供各项咨询、演示、方案制定、售后等一系列专业服务；
- 借助平安集团综合金融平台优势，为企业提供保险、银行、信托、证券、员工体检、财产保险等综合金融理财服务。 任职资格 1、25-40周岁，专业不限，本科及以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历，身体及心理健康，品行端正，无违法行为记录， 2、具备良好的市场行为能力和客户开拓能力，有良好的行业认知能力和金融知识； 3、良好的信息收集能力及问题分析能力；
- 勤奋上进，亲和力强，有良好的沟通表达能力，较强的销售意愿；
- 有责任心、学习能力强、有一定的抗压能力和团队合作精神；
- 有社会关系及团体客户资源者优先。
