## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司业务发展战略，承接分公司团体业务目标，制定并分解部门年度工作计划；
- 协助规划和落实团体业务管理体系，拟定年度、季度、月度业务推动计划，总结规划业务管理问题，合理控制经营成本；
- 负责团体业务推动方案的制定、督导，及渠道相关运营及技术支持；
- 根据业务需要，制作各阶段业绩分析报告和相关报表，跟踪业务团队业绩状况，诊断和改善其活动管理；
- 负责业务团队的能力建设，为业务队伍提供相关培训支持。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备5年以上人身险团体业务推动、团队管理经验；
- 具备优秀统筹规划、资源协调、数据分析、抗压及管理能力；
- 具有优秀的报告呈现及演讲能力。
