## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定业务计划及量化目标，定期阶段性分析及总结、保障目标的完成；

### 咨询人员的管理
- 含招聘、培训、激励、合规教育、考核评定，以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标；
- 对相关流程及执行情况进行检查和督导，保证中心业务平稳发展，防范各项风险；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责下属的合规工作，妥当处理客户投诉事件，以及接待客户的来访；
- 中心日常工作管理。 任职资格 1、本科，有毕业证、学位证； 2、5-10年相关工作经验。
