## Job description

岗位职责
- 在熟悉业务的基础上，进行数据统计和分析，实现报告报表线上化，强化分析评价能力（加强行业、区域、客群等多维度分析评价）；
- 优化绩效管理方案，主导资产管理部绩效制定、追踪和分析评价，并协同落实方案的应用；
- 不断完善系统建设，统筹需求评估，推进优化部门全流程线上化，提升管控效率；
- 推进部门制度流程检视和优化，优化总分管理机制和授权方案；
- 关注监管要求，强化内部管控，优化完善管理体系，确保征信管理合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，统计、经济、金融类或所属行业优先；
- 具备2年数据统计、分析评价等工作经验优先；

### 相关技能
- 具有较好的分析判断和解决问题能力；具有较好的沟通协调和执行能力、抗压性；责任感强，主动性高；耐心细致。
