## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责随身易（代理人）渠道整体人力、业务、续保等发展支持工作；
- 负责随身易平台的日常运营，包括激励方案兑现采购、平台信息维护等工作；
- 负责随身易渠道代理人的数据报表、培训、辅导、面谈规划等工作；
- 负责平台的合规经营；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有2-5年业推、组训、人管工作经验；
- 性格阳光，掌握基础办公软件功能，且有一定对外拓展能力；
- 懂互联网营销，有寿险及线上代理人管理经验者优先。
