## Job description

岗位职责
- 客户保单的维护工作，客户咨询和答疑；
- 新保险契约合同材料的受理，初审，扫描，交接，整理，归档；
- 柜面客户保全材料的受理、初审、扫描；
- 客户理赔案件进行协谈、通知、申诉处理等；
- 重疾客户的专案管理，服务全流程理赔工作；
- 协助处理消保工作。 任职资格 1、有寿险、健康险运营经验优先； 2、抗压能力，沟通能力强。
