## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责所辖合作伙伴新拓与关系维护，及各项指标、业务达成；
- 负责市场同业信息收集、续保追踪、线上合作推动、合作伙伴痛点挖掘与协助解决、营销策划等；
- 协调处理合作伙伴销售、理赔过程中的简单问题；
- 上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有良好的服务意识和沟通能力；
- 个性开朗，待人热情，诚信正直；
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，具有一定抗压能力；
- 熟悉各种办公软件操作。
