## Job description

岗位职责
- 团队管理 1）规划与组织业务分部保费计划的完成。 2）对业务分部各项业务指标的达成负责。 3）负责业务分部日常管理。 4）落实所辖业务分部的销售活动，有效提升业务经理产能。 5）对新人进行相关培训及训练辅导。
- 产品支持 1）统筹协调复杂类产品、大项目中产品方、渠道方各类人员、资源支持。 2）对所辖业务经理进行相关业务辅导、咨询与销售支援。 3）特殊保全理赔案件协调。

### 渠道关系维护
- 负责所辖业务分部的渠道关系维护。
- 与相关部门及营业单位负责人沟通协调。
- 上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1、40周岁以下。 2、大学本科（含自考）及以上学历。 3、5年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验。 4、品貌端正、身体健康，能够熟练应用办公软件。 5、擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
