## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责普惠市场调研及营销规划，开拓各类产业园、商圈、供应链及产业链、外部平台等，结合自身优势实现批量获客；
- 负责推动普惠金融相关贷款业务落地，做好产品综合营销，达成考核指标，提高综合收益，做好客户维护；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，从事信贷工作2年（含）以上；
- 熟悉并热爱普惠金融业务，有较强的外部拓客及市场营销能力，具备普惠客户资源；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力； 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有良好的思想品德和职业道德，爱行敬业、遵纪守法、廉洁自律，有较强的事业心、进取精神和风险意识，无不良违法、信用记录或行业不良记录。
