## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司新项目、新业务的创新孵化，包括市场机会挖掘、创新模式探索及项目落地推进，搭建新业务从0到1的孵化体系；
- 牵头开展行业趋势调研、竞品分析及用户需求洞察，结合公司战略方向，制定创新项目的可行性方案与实施计划；
- 撰写创新项目的商业需求文档（BRD）、项目投产分析表等核心材料，清晰输出项目价值、盈利模式及资源需求；
- 协调公司内部产品、研发、运营等跨部门资源，推动创新项目的立项、研发及上线，确保项目按计划落地；
- 跟踪创新项目的市场反馈与运营数据，持续优化项目策略，提升项目竞争力与商业价值；
- 完成领导交办的其他创新相关工作事项。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 本科及以上学历，经济、管理、金融、工程、信息技术等相关专业优先；

### 专业技能
- 具备较强的商业逻辑分析与方案设计能力，熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的PPT输出能力和数据分析能力；

### 资质经验
- 有咨询、战略规划、创新项目孵化或产业研究背景优先；熟悉车后市场、保险科技或供应链创新者优先；

### 个人素质
- 主动性强，具备优秀的逻辑思维与创新能力，沟通协调能力强，能适应快节奏工作，具备较强的学习驱动意识；
- 具备良好的团队合作意识，能独立推进项目并完成跨部门协作。
