## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与医疗集团层面各项目的招标管理工作，参与招标工作组，审核招标方案、招标文件等招标资料，参与开、评标等会议，对整个招标过程进行把控
- 指导各项目公司在招标制度体系范围内进行招标管理工作,指导各项目公司开标、评标、投标报价分析，为招标工作组决策、合同谈判提供支持
- 建立和修订医疗集团层面的招标制度。
- 指导各项目公司在医疗集团要求下建设招标管理制度
- 搭建医疗集团供应商库及相关管理系统（供应商入围资质要求、供应商考核方案及相关淘汰机制等）
- 参与医疗集团对医院项目的并购，从工程管理角度提供专业性意见，并为后续项目交割过程的工程管理做好衔接
- 编制工程建设项目标准化招标文件、合同文件
- 对建设工程中的变更、签证、结算进行审核，发表专业性意见
- 参与医疗集团医疗设备、药品、耗材的集中采购实施及管理工作 任职资格
- 建筑工程、工程管理、工程造价等相关专业本科学历及以上；
- 有参与过医院项目建设管理相关经验者优先；
- 具有注册造价工程师证者优先；
- 参与过项目竣工备案过程的优先；
- 具有良好的沟通能力，较强的事业心和敬业精神。
