## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略及业务重点，结合国家战略导向和行业趋势，制定品牌市场营销策略及执行计划，对外树立公司品牌形象；
- 结合品牌推广节奏，策划主题传播，提升公司品牌美誉和行业地位；
- 创新策划主题品牌活动、企业文化活动，对外传播公司品牌正面形象，对内塑造文化向心力；
- 对传播有敏感度，善于利用新理念、新技术，创新突破助力业务传播、营销；
- 及时完成集团及公司层面安排的其他配合事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，拥有大型企业平台工作经验； 2、3年以上品牌公关经验，具有品牌策划、执行能力，具备大型项目统筹能力；具备深厚的文字功底，有较强的逻辑结构能力和信息整合能力； 3、熟练运用PPT、Excel等办公软件； 4、注重结果导向、执行文化。有较强的抗压能力，良好的沟通、协调及人际交往能力，责任心强，思维敏捷，具备团队合作精神。
