## Job description

### 岗位职责 1，数字化风控管理

理解公司各业务条线风险点，梳理业务流程，通过系统化、AI化改造，积极预防和处理相关业务风险； 2，交易限额管理：了解产品交易流程和框架，对资本市场交易事前、事中、事后的风险点进行监控和预警，并对接系统改造需求； 3，作为公司风控系统管理员，负责权限管理；参与公司智能风控平台建设，洞察风控场景，设计风控功能，推动科技团队开发落地；； 4，配合外部监管机构和内部审计等组织的不定期全面风险排查和专项风险排查工作；参与编制、审查各类监管报表、公司报表和风险报告；； 5，统筹负责公司人行征信及预警监控工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，主修数学、统计、金融、经济、计算机等相关专业；拥有计算机类与金融类复合专业的优先；
- 具有2年以上风险管理相关经验，能用Python进行数据分析优先；能熟练使用大语言模型应用的优先；通过CPA/FRM/CFA/精算等专业考试者优先
- 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
