岗位职责
- 负责市场开拓；
- 策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队专业知识及人才培养，产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、3-5年相关岗位工作经验； 3、具有优秀的领悟能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力； 4、无违法违规违纪等不良情形。
