## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责积极开拓并维护公司客户，达成团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 严格执行我行信贷政策及相关规范要求，做到合规经营。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备银行公司业务工作经验，或者具备证券/信托等金融机构工作经验，有科技背景或业务资源者优先；
- 符合平安银行、监管机构亲属回避、任职回避等回避政策，无不良从业记录，无经商办企业行为。
