## Job description

岗位职责

### 专业培训与赋能
- 独立开发健康险产品、理赔服务、销售技能等专业课件，开展系统化培训与展业辅导，持续传递行业政策、医疗新知与产品动态，提升团队专业能力；

### 团队建设与管理
- 负责代理人招募、培育、留存与日常管理，搭建梯队培养体系，强化团队执行力与市场竞争力，达成人力与业绩目标；

### 客户服务与保障
- 提供专业产品咨询、方案设计与售后支持，高效处理理赔、投诉等问题，规范服务流程，提升客户满意度与口碑；

### 业务拓展与增长
- 挖掘市场与渠道机会，制定销售策略与活动方案，推动业务规模与保费持续增长，完成各项经营指标；

### 跨部门协同优化
- 协同推进产品迭代、流程优化与品牌推广，提升整体运营效率与服务质量。 任职资格 1.45周岁以下，积极进取，具备较强的抗压能力与创新意识； 2.本科及以上学历，学习能力强，基础扎实； 3.医护、健康管理、保险等相关专业优先；有医疗健康、保险销售或团队管理经验，熟悉健康险产品与市场规则； 4.热爱健康险行业，认同行业价值，具备良好的责任心、团队协作精神； 5.沟通表达清晰流畅，擅长培训授课、需求对接与关系维护；逻辑严谨，执行力强，能高效推进工作落地；
- 恪守行业合规要求，愿意持续学习最新政策、产品与服务知识，不断提升专业与管理水平。
