## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责团队的日常管理与推动及相关运营指标的达成
- 负责本团队业绩统计分析、企划数据分析以及KPI经营报告制作及发布
- 负责机构人员维护、政策设置报备、T端坐席协同问题的解决与跟踪
- 参照《平安创展个人代理人基本管理办法》落实代理人入职、考核、津贴发放等相关要求。 任职资格 1.本科学历； 2.0-0年相关工作经验；
