## Job description

岗位职责
- 达成公司和上级领导下达的任务目标和经营指标；
- 为客户提供线上服务，服务内容包含保单服务、客户咨询、疑问解答、续期提醒等
- 向客户推送或推荐多种金融生活服务互联网工具，让客户体验更便捷的服务；
- 向客户推荐公司多种产品，挖掘客户需求，实现线索输出和客户长期经营；
- 向客户销售公司多种产品；
- 接受和参加公司和上级领导安排的辅导和练习；
- 积极主动增员，协助所在团队进行组织发展等事宜；
- 执行和遵守公司各项政策和规章制度，保守业务机密；
- 完成公司要求的其他相关事项 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，从事相关服务销售类行业经验优先，能熟悉运用互联网工具；

### 沟通能力
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力；

### 服务理念
- 具有较强服务意识，接受公司文化理念

### 销售意识
- 具有一定销售意识。
