## Job description

岗位职责
- 通过渠道经营、培训宣导、营销活动、陪访沟通等方式线上线下结合开拓市场，达成业绩目标。
- 推动集团内外部渠道开展代发及公私联动业务、开放银行平台项目、收单商户业务等，批量获取优质客户；同时，做好项目接洽、产品和服务方案设计、商务谈判、合作签约、项目跟进和落地等工作。
- 维护 B 端企业关系，确保项目正常运营，企业方在我行持续、稳定地开展业务，同时，根据零售客户经营体系，落实客群经营的衔接工作，提升客户满意度和粘度，促进客户资产留存。
- 落实合规、消保风险管理工作要求，防范业务风险。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、互联网、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 原则上不少于 1 年金融、互联网工作经验，有同业相关岗位工作经验优先；
- 服务意识和营销能力强，具备互联网思维，积极进取、目标导向，具备较好的抗压能力、沟通表达能力、以及良好的团队协作意识。
- 纪律及合规意识强，无重大违法违规行为或行业不良记录。
