## Job description

### 岗位职责 1、“获客”

客群经理基于客户的全生命周期，以“批量+散打”

### 的方式获取客户，扩大客户规模； 2、“活客”

客群经理通过挖掘和满足所管辖基础客户需求，引导客户加载产品，提升客户活跃度及贡献度； 3、防范业务风险，配合反洗钱等工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济类相关专业优先；
- 具有较强的市场营销能力及良好的开拓、创新能力；
- 具备良好的职业操守，风险意识强，无违规违纪行为，无不良记录。
