## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责相关培训的内容支持、培训体系的梳理、组织和运作；
- 负责渠道新人签约，组织新人训练，提升参训率及达星率；
- 负责渠道合规及消保工作的跟进落实；
- 协助处理渠道代理人业务咨询及需求
- 领导交代的其他工作 任职资格 1、40周岁以下，本科以上学历（优秀者可反宽至大专），专业不限，具备保险基础知识，对行业及保险产品有初步认知。 2、保险相关工作经验，具有人身险公司外勤保险销售工作经验者优先考虑。 3、熟悉使用office、wps等工作软件，具备基础的Excel、PPT运用能力。 4、擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与业务推动能力。
