## Job description

岗位职责

### 业务推动
- 负责方案与政策的宣导、执行及追踪，推动短险业务发展。

### 辅导与培训
- 开展业务员展业辅导及新产品培训，协助短险课程开发与授课。

### 产品支持
- 提供短险产品咨询与展业支持，提升业务员展业效率。

### 沟通协调
- 协调内外部资源，处理契约、保全问题件及相关跨部门事务。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。 任职资格 擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，具有较强的沟通协调与推动能力。
