岗位职责
- 统筹个销业务推动方案制定与落实工作
- 统筹个销业务计划追踪、分析工作，确保销售业绩达成
- 统筹负责个销业务激励竞赛的宣导、追踪、推动落实
- 统筹负责机构个销业务销售支持、督导及销售队伍建设 任职资格 1.全日制大学本科及以上学历，经济类学、管理学类专业优先； 2.2年以上保险从业经历，其中应有1年以上销售前线部门工作经历。
