## Job description

岗位职责
- 重点维护与拓展准财富客户，为客户提供专业化的理财服务，并协助完成厅堂一体化；
- 开展交叉销售，向客户推荐和配置合适产品；
- 完成目标任务及领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年理财服务工作经验；
- 熟悉营销与销售技能，掌握金融专业知识及金融通用知识；
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、规划策划、沟通协作、商敏直觉的能力；
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力、抗压耐力的性格。
