## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹本部门日常工作，包括但不限于人员管理、预算管理、经营绩效分析等。
- 根据总行及分行的整体发展战略，负责制定并实施本部门的业务发展规划、工作计划，以及部门管理考核办法，按时检视部门考核完成情况并及时反馈。
- 及时传达并贯彻执行总行及分行的各项政策、制度和规定，确保政策在本部门的有效落地。
- 负责组建、培养和管理一支高效、专业的团队，提升团队整体业务能力和凝聚力。
- 建立健全部门内部风险管理体系，确保业务合规稳健运行。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具有5年以上金融从业经验，2年以上团队管理经验。
- 熟悉金融专业知识，熟悉金融监管政策和法律法规。
- 统筹规划.抗压能力.沟通协调和推动执行能力强。
- 具备良好的职业道德，诚实守信，严格遵守银行业法律法规，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
- 协调与各部门的工作关系，完成总行和分行交办的其他工作任务。
