## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与零售、小微模型开发，模型校准及主标尺设计，模型应用方案研发与落地，系统上线部署工作；
- 对模型进行定期监控与验证，验证范围包括投产前验证、持续监控以及投产后验证，验证内容包括但不限于模型准确性、稳定性及区分能力，应用方案有效性等；
- 主导各个方向数据清洗、数据分析、数据挖掘等工作，能从业务端剖析数据背后的逻辑链条；

### 对接资产数据分析工作，能够按照需求完成趋势分析、结构分析、对标分析数据和报告的产； 任职资格 专业技能要求
- 对传统的金融体系有一定的熟悉度和见解，尤其信贷业务层面有一定的认知，能够完成常见的资产质量分析工作；
- 有模型开发、维护实操经验，了解模型开发的整理流程，尤其是对数据清洗、变量衍生、变量分析工作有一定经验；
- 具有良好的政策研究、制定与分析能力，扎实的理论功底和文字能力，对金融机构全流程风险管理有一定的了解；
- 能熟练使用Python等统计分析工具，具备较强的编程、数据处理和分析能力

### 具有银行、证券等金融行业风险管理部或者咨询机构量化风险管理和建模经验者优先； 核心能力要求
- 1.具有较强的原则性和执行力，责任心强，工作态度积极主动，有较强的组织协调能力，工作作风严谨，能够承担工作压力； 2.

### 具备一定创新思维和能力，对新思想、新方法有探究精神； 相关经验要求

1年以上风险模型开发或数据分析经验，了解主流的建模方法，如逻辑回归、决策树、朴素贝叶斯分类、聚类分析、神经网络等； 经济学、统计学、数学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
