## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定并执行销售策略，确保团队完成销售目标;
- 管理销售团队，协调团队成员完成任务;
- 维护客户关系，确保客户满意度;
- 推动业务拓展，开发新客户;
- 协调内部资源，确保项目顺利进行;
- 分析销售数据，优化销售策略;
- 制定风险控制措施，确保业务合规性。 任职资格
- 具备销售管理经验，能够带领团队完成销售目标;
- 熟悉政府或公共安全领域业务，有相关行业经验优先;
- 具备团队管理能力，能够协调团队成员完成任务;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与客户建立良好的合作关系;
- 具备抗压能力，能够在高压环境下完成任务;
- 具备相关行业证书或语言能力者优先。
