## Job description

岗位职责
- 各类业务数据追踪，完成月度检视/季度报告
- 营业部架构的新增、裂变、撤销规划，向上级部门报备申请流程，维护本中心组织架构
- 合规和行为规范的宣导检查
- 处理中心各类财务、人事、综合内勤工作
- 完成中心业务辅助品的采购和发放，职场氛围布置，业绩展板布置
- 其他领导交办的工作任务 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 有相关HRBP、业务推动经验者优先；
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、逻辑推理、沟通协作、规划策划的能力；
- 具备专注聚焦、抗压耐力、责任担当、勤奋努力的性格。
