## Job description

岗位职责
- 服务于公司VIP客户及部分高净值客户，为客户提供全方位综合金融财务规划，并维护好关系，做好客户的“私人财富顾问”；开拓区域外客户，进行保险产品销售等；
- 以客户需求为出发点，帮助客户进行产品选择、产品组合和资产配置，帮助客户规避健康、财务风险；
- 依托整个集团资源，为客户提供家门口全场景的金融需求解决方案；
- 接受公司系统的培训学习，通过专业知识技能学习，不断提升自身服务水平及综合解决保险等各类产品相关问题的能力；
- 部分技能类课程研发、培训；
- 执行和遵守公司各项政策和规章制度，保守业务机密；
- 达成公司和上级领导下达的任务目标和经营指标；
- 完成公司要求的其他相关事项。 任职资格 1、大专及以上学历； 2、认同平安文化； 3、2年以上寿险行业从业经验； 4、AFP、CFP、RFP等资格证书；法律、税务、金融等专业人员优先； 5、善于沟通协作，执行力强，性格热情开朗，且具有较强的学习能力； 6、无不良嗜好，无违法犯罪记录，不属于保险行业协会不准录用的黑名单人员范围； 7、具备狼性自驱力。
