## Job description

### 增员规划
- 分人群增员方案制定；推动县域、乡镇及农村地区增员；网点合作管理及维护。

### 队伍管理
- 团队长选拔、入职、辅导等；每日业绩追踪；绩优人员培养；非车专团组建及培养等。

### 营销推动
- 业务陪展、出单及理赔咨询；节点活动宣导及落地执行，推动代理人开单及产能提升。

### 线上运营
- 创保网核心功能推广、代理人活跃及留存提升等。

### 队伍培训
- 代理人线上线下培训，包括新人培训、产品培训等。

### 任职资格 （一）大专及以上学历； （二）工作地点

浙江省温州市苍南县灵溪镇车站大道388号鑫鑫财富中心1幢15楼 （三）具有较强的销售能力和良好的服务意识； （四）具有良好的组织协调能力； （五）具有一定的培训、管理能力。
